۴۔ علماء کا کردار

• علماء اجتہاد کے ذریعے احکام اخذ کرتے ہیں جب نصوص خاموش ہوں۔

• استصحاب کا اصول یہ ہے کہ دلیل ملنے تک اباحت قائم رہتی ہے۔
